Freeware-Transfer Mails from Thunderbird to Microsoft Outlook- 3 Simple Steps

1.Select All Mails >> Right Click >> Save As:

2.Save to Temporary Created Folder (Say Desktop):

3.Open OutlookFreeware Tool: Download Outlook Freeware 

4. Download Thunderbird EML to Outlook Converter Plugin

5.Refer below screenshots for Configuration

6.Select Source Folder for Outlook files and Select Destination Folder from Outlook
